minu ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered business operations platform at minu-19vz.vercel.app.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business name. When you connect communication channels (such as Gmail or Google Reviews), we access only the data necessary to display and respond to messages within the minu dashboard. When you subscribe, payment information is processed directly by Stripe — minu never stores your credit card details.
We use your information to: • Provide and operate the minu dashboard • Send messages and replies on your behalf through connected channels • Generate AI-drafted replies using your message content • Process subscription payments and manage your account • Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. billing receipts) We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
minu uses the following third-party services to operate: • Supabase — database and authentication • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management • Google — Gmail and Google Reviews integrations (OAuth) • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated reply drafts Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices. We only share data with these services to the extent necessary to provide minu's features.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security policies, meaning each account can only access its own data. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
When you connect your Gmail account, minu requests permission to read, send, and modify emails on your behalf. We access your Gmail data solely to display messages in your inbox and send replies you initiate. We do not store the full contents of your emails beyond what is necessary to display them. We do not use Gmail data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is required to operate the service. minu's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as billing records).
