Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using minu. These terms form a legal agreement between you and minu.
By creating an account or using minu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use minu. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
minu is an AI-powered business operations platform that provides a unified inbox, AI-drafted replies, contact management, appointment scheduling, review management, website chat, and workflow automations. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the dashboard will be suspended until a subscription is activated. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
minu Pro is billed at $99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You agree not to use minu to: • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Harass, abuse, or harm any person • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform • Use the service in a way that disrupts or damages minu's infrastructure We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
When you connect third-party accounts (such as Gmail or Google Reviews), you authorize minu to access and act on those accounts on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and use those accounts. You can revoke access at any time through your connected account settings.
minu uses AI to draft replies and summaries. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for any messages sent through the platform.
Your use of minu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using minu, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
minu and all associated branding, software, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of all content and data you bring into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, minu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of minu after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
